We recently purchased a home in California while relocating from Washington State, and we had a great experience working with Djimmitry. Even though we didn’t see him in person very often during the 30-day process, everything went very smoothly from start to finish. He was always available when we needed to talk and made the entire process feel easy and manageable, despite the distance. We especially appreciated his willingness to accommodate our situation—he allowed our friends to view the home on our behalf and helped facilitate video calls so we could feel confident in our decision. We don't have a lot of experience with realtors, so not sure what is "normal", but Lisa assisted us with an estate sale, helped us sale some of our furniture on market place and she also reached out to her network of friends to get other items sold. Lisa also helped us with folks to address a few repair items, which was very helpful as we didn't really have many issues with the home to know resources who would get work done timely, she even had her husband come over to address a few things and was always offering up her family to help with anything we needed. Lisa follows through on what she says she is going to do and is a real go-getter. She has a very upbeat personality and really stresses upon "she will get it done" philosophy.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Rhett Blair! Rhett was amazing to work with. He had been working with my father (and myself) for over 2 years to get this house listed. He was VERY patient with my father's "lack of ambition" to get the house cleaned out and sold. Rhett checked in monthly and offered to help with anything needed to get the house cleaned out and just to check in with my father and chat. My father passed away in October, 2025, prior to signing of any contract. Rhett was readily available to help assist in getting the house listed and sold. I live in Illinois and was not able to be present at the home for any cleaning or prepping for sale. Rhett went above and beyond to find a junk hauling company to come clean out the premises. Not only did he supervise said junk removal, he contributed by bringing his own personal vehicle to assist in the removal as a favor to me and my family. Rhett was very forthcoming, honest and very responsive to any questions I had. He kept me updated on all potential buyer feedback and was very knowledgeable of the market. He even helped us rehome my father's beloved husky. I found Rhett to be very trustworthy with great work ethic and morals, and consider him a friend.

Antonio sold the house of our neighbor 2 doors down in a 3 week period. When the house first went up for sale, I inquired on whether he was getting any bites and let him know we were about to put our home up for sale as well; however, already had a couple agents we were speaking with to likely represent us. Antonio wasn’t pushy; however, professionally recommended his services, which would be what anyone would expect to hear. He ended the call stating he’d check back in with me/us in a week to give an update on the current property he was representing, if I were okay with that. I agreed. Next week came and he did. I liked that. Man of his word. He also confirmed the house had offers already! Long story short, my wife and I became persuaded Antonio would be the better choice despite our liking of our other agents. Additionally, our house went into escrow not a couple weeks later, was only a 17 day escrow with no conditions from the buyer as well! Antonio’s strategy and guidance on how to stage the house, etc… it was all well coordinated and he stayed on top of everything throughout the entire process! In the end, though any seller can wish they got more more more… he got us what we were hoping for; technically, a tad bit more… Thank you, Antonio!
