This is an IN-OFFICE position in the Murrieta/Temecula area. We’re looking for someone who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced real estate environment. 🏡 What you’ll help with: • Administrative and office support • Supporting our agents and leadership team • CRM, scheduling, emails and database management • Managing real estate transaction files from contract to close • Tracking deadlines, contingencies and required documents • Coordinating with agents, clients, escrow, title and lenders • Helping keep our transactions and office running smoothly Real estate or transaction coordination experience is preferred, and familiarity with C.A.R. forms and transaction management systems is a big plus.
