Antonio sold the house of our neighbor 2 doors down in a 3 week period. When the house first went up for sale, I inquired on whether he was getting any bites and let him know we were about to put our home up for sale as well; however, already had a couple agents we were speaking with to likely represent us. Antonio wasn’t pushy; however, professionally recommended his services, which would be what anyone would expect to hear. He ended the call stating he’d check back in with me/us in a week to give an update on the current property he was representing, if I were okay with that. I agreed. Next week came and he did. I liked that. Man of his word. He also confirmed the house had offers already! Long story short, my wife and I became persuaded Antonio would be the better choice despite our liking of our other agents. Additionally, our house went into escrow not a couple weeks later, was only a 17 day escrow with no conditions from the buyer as well! Antonio’s strategy and guidance on how to stage the house, etc… it was all well coordinated and he stayed on top of everything throughout the entire process! In the end, though any seller can wish they got more more more… he got us what we were hoping for; technically, a tad bit more… Thank you, Antonio!
